Terri L. Hill, M.D., trained at three of American medicine's most demanding institutions — Harvard, Columbia, and Columbia-Presbyterian — before completing a craniofacial fellowship at the University of Miami. She established her solo private practice in Maryland in 1991, the same year she became the first female Chief of Surgery at St. Agnes Hospital, a milestone that speaks to the professional standing she commanded before her career was even fully underway. Her practice, operating under the name Unmask the Beauty, spans cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body, with a particular depth in facial procedures informed by her craniofacial training. More than thirty years in private practice have produced a patient base built almost entirely on referral — the kind of growth that only sustained outcomes and physician trust can generate. She remains one of the relatively few female plastic surgeons in the mid-Atlantic region with this depth of independent practice tenure.
