4. Anti-SLAPP and Frivolous Lawsuit Clause

MedHonors.com supports lawful and protected speech. Any Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) or frivolous lawsuit against MedHonors.com or its affiliates will result in liability for attorney’s fees, court costs, and damages, as permitted under Texas law.
